Acceptance
By downloading or using VibeDeck Player ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
VibeDeck grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Standard EULA.
Your Content
The App plays audio files you import from your own device or storage services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any audio content you import. VibeDeck does not upload, store, or distribute your files.
Subscriptions and Purchases
VibeDeck offers optional premium subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. All purchases are final; refunds are handled by Apple.
Prohibited Use
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it. You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VibeDeck is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
